Large Format Printing Services

We take great care in creating our large format documents.  To ensure accuracy; we will never use automatic conversion software to transcribe your document(s).  Our large print format has been tested
by people with vision impairments and developed to provide the best font structure for ease of reading.
We provide these documents on 8 ½ x 11 inch or 8 ½ x 14 inch paper, either single or double sided.

Large Print Process

E-mail the text you need translated into large print format and answer some basic questions (quantity, shipping, timing).  We estimate the number of large print pages the text will convert to and provide you with a free price quote.  After terms are agreed to, we convert your document(s) into large print, paginate it to be reader friendly, and proof read.  Your document is then printed, stapled or bound, and packed for shipping.

Submitting Documents:  Acceptable formats include Word, Text documents (RTF or TXT), PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and/or hard copyies.  Files submitted electronically in Word or Text format are less labor intensive to set-up and therefore less expensive.

Timing:  No two jobs are alike.  We will work with you to negotiate an acceptable deadline.
