Dr. Marc Maurer, President of the National Federation of the Blind, addressed staff at the Library of Congress today focusing on the need for digital information to be made available to the blind. Director James Camaron spent 250 million dollars and 10 years of his life to write, produce, and direct one of the most entertaining films of the year titled, Avatar.
