Large Format Printing Services

We take great care in creating our large format documents for those that need low vision aids. We do not use automatic conversion software. Our large print format has been tested by people with vision impairments and developed to provide the best font structure for ease of reading. We can provide these documents on 8 ½ x 11” or 8 ½” x 14” paper, either single or double sided.

Large Print Process

We make the process simple for you. Just e-mail the text you need translated into large print format and answer some basic questions. We will estimate the number of big print pages the text will convert to and provide you with a free price quote. After terms are agreed to, we will convert the entire document into Large Print, paginate it to be reader friendly, and proof read. The document is then printed, stapled or bound, and packed for shipping.

Submitting Documents:

Formats we accept are Word documents, text documents (RTF or TXT), PDF files, Excel files, Power Point files, and/or hard copy. (Documents submitted electronically in Word or Text format are less labor intensive to set-up and therefore less expensive.)

Timing:

No two jobs are alike. We will work with you to negotiate an acceptable completion date.
